Do not place in-stock and preorder items in the same order unless you would like your entire order to be held until all preorder items have arrived. Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming collections before they arrive in the shop. The expected arrival date listed is an estimate provided by the fabric manufacturer.
As soon as your fabric or kit arrives at Threaded Bobbin, we’ll package and ship it to you as quickly as possible.
If your preorder has a shipping window of more than 10 weeks, you’ll receive a fun little reminder postcard from us in the mail — a cheerful nudge that your fabric is on the way! (You’ll even get a shipping notification when your postcard goes out.)
Preorder Policy:
Once a preorder is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Preorders are special orders that we commit to with our distributors and manufacturers on your behalf. Because of this, your payment reserves your fabric, and we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations once it has been entered into our system.
