If your pre-order is expected to arrive and ship within Etsy’s 10-week window, your order will process normally.
If your item is expected to arrive after the 10-week window, Etsy may automatically mark your order as “complete.” Rest assured—your order remains open in our system and will ship as soon as the item arrives.
Shipping and tracking information will be provided via Etsy messages once your order is on the way.
🚫 No Cancellations or Refunds on Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final sale. We place inventory orders based on customer commitments and cannot cancel, refund, or modify orders once placed.
