As soon as your fabric or kit arrives at Threaded Bobbin, we’ll package and ship it to you as quickly as possible.
If your preorder has a shipping window of more than 10 weeks, you’ll receive a fun little reminder postcard from us in the mail — a cheerful nudge that your fabric is on the way! (You’ll even get a shipping notification when your postcard goes out.)

Because of this, your payment reserves your fabric, and we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations once it has been entered into our system.
