If your preorder has a shipping window of more than 10 weeks, you’ll receive a fun little reminder postcard from us in the mail — a cheerful nudge that your fabric is on the way! (You’ll even get a shipping notification when your postcard goes out.)
Preorder Policy:Once a preorder is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Preorders are special orders that we commit to with our distributors and manufacturers on your behalf. Because of this, your payment reserves your fabric, and we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations once it has been entered into our system.
